We started in a little corner at the Grey Lynn Farmers Market in 2019 with a simple mission to make delicious ice cream that everyone can enjoy. Being allergic to dairy, Henry found himself torn between enjoying his favorite dessert- ice cream, and suffering the painful aftermath. For years, diary-alternative ice creams feels like the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, impossible to find.
So why not make it ourselves? Screw it, let’s do it!
We want to make good ice creams that everyone- vegans, omnivores, dairy-free etc can love without any compromise or suffering.
Good ice cream is honest, high quality ingredients. Even if we have to pick it up from Mt Doom.
